Team members are responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences for each customer, every time they walk through our doors. From greeting guests enthusiastically, to teaching customers about our menu and making meaningful suggestions and recommendations.

  • Enthusiastically educate guests about our menu and input orders as requested
  • Follow procedures to maintain quality customer service and consistency
  • Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
  • Prepare beverages
  • Organize and distribute in store, pick up and delivery orders
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned




Kitchen Staff help create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors. By preparing top quality food in our kitchens, our kitchen staff is the heart and soul of our restaurants.

  • Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
  • Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all Tay Ho standards
  • Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned




Managers will oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations and team members. Managers provide leadership and motivation to ensure that all team members are focused on providing the best experience for our guests and team members. Managers set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere for their team to create a successful store culture.
